I've met many of their staff from the store to the cerakote shop and everyone of them has been friendly and helpful. Love the fact they have the indoor range now. It's very laid back non-judgmental atmosphere. I go in to shoot then realize I've been there a couple hrs longer than I planned because of socializing with staff and other customers. Talked to Ray about an issue and they instantly took it and fixed it no questions or hassle. Highly recommend checking them out.
