Our custom laser cut foam cases are made of from a closed cell polyethylene material that will not absorb any of the oil, dirt, or grease. The foam has excellent strength and tear resistance. It will not break down and leave sticky residue on your items like the open cell foam that comes standard in most cases. 

We do require you to send in your items (firearm at a minimum), in order to get the clean custom fit that you desire.

After you purchase this package, please fill out the work order HERE. Include a copy of your work order, receipt, and state ID then ship your items to Weapon Works LLC, 1110 Vaughn Road, Burlington, NC 27217. (Any questions should be directed to customcases@weaponworksllc.com)

Our Standard Rifle Case Foam is $145 when the case is purchased through us or $175 if you supply your own case.

Standard Rifle Foam includes cutouts for:

- 4 magazines

- a suppressor

- sling storage

- 4 cr123 batteries

- screw top storage tin (supplied by us)

- custom cutout for your rifle

Additional items can be added for $15-$50 depending on the complexity of the outline to be made.
