FCD’s EMR-H is a mag release that increases the usable surface area while retaining the same footprint as a factory mag release. EMR achieves this by using a gentle curve on its top surface, together with the very effective horizontal serrations, inhibits vertical movement and auto centers the user’s finger on the button. The EMR-H has a milspec through hole for the magazine catch’s shaft and is only 0.02″ taller than the factory magazine release button.

EMR’s height is almost identical to that of a factory mag release button. When installed, there is minimal protrusion above the mag release button fence on most forged receivers. Its top edge and bottom edge are slightly taller due to the curve.
